About Buck Wilson

Awarded "Wyoming Realtor of the Year" for 2024 in September 2024". Also received "Cheyenne Realtor of the Year for 2024" in August 2024! Currently serve as Wyoming State President for all of Wyoming Realtors. We've lived in Wyoming for nineteen years now and I like the small town feel where everybody knows everybody. It's taken awhile for us to be part of that… we came from Colorado, I was born and raised in Colorado Springs. But I loved the idea of a small town, it's a great place to raise our kids. Our kids are now grown and out of the house – we look back and we go, Yeah, we made a good choice here. Cheyenne's been awesome. My favorite activities for the summer are definitely boating. Just a real big boater, I have some cool things up there at Glendo. We have just a couple large boats that keep us entertained during the summer. My wife works for the school so she's off, so we work hard for our summers. We do what we want when we want; we love our Glendo and we love our summers.

My wife, Tanya and I have been married for 29 years, she's the love of my life, couldn't have picked a better one. She works at Hobb's Elementary and seems to be one of the Childrens favorites. We have two daughters: Tayler's 29, and she is in Chidlrens Dentistry and lives in  Rapid City, South Dakota with her amzing husband Tyler. And my youngest, Courtney 25 has been in the Army National Guard for the past 5 years, has been deployed during COVID and is considering another deployement in 2024. She also is studying accounting and works at the local command center just outside of FE Warren. She has a crazy puppy named Rico Pico. My wife Tanya and I rencently got a goldendoodle last fall, his name is Buddy and he has been a joy in our empty-nest and you will find Buddy helping Buck with his Real Estate on occasion.

Buck was wonderful to work with. On short notice he meet our Board of Directors at the airport during our "fact finding mission" and had packets ready for each member and showed us several properties. That afternoon he earning our trust and business. Once we had a property picked out, Buck was great at walking us through the city permitting process and directing us to numerous city websites in order for us to do our due diligence. I'd have to say Buck went above and beyond with what he provided us for information and guidance during the due diligence phase. The closing went off without a hitch which was amazing being buyer (NE), seller (TX), and broker (WY) were in different states.

Buck’s expertise and knowledge in guiding me through the process of selling one home and purchasing another was exemplary. He did errands that were not always related to the selling and buying of real estate. I did not expect that kind of personal service and it was truly appreciated. It is rare to find an agent who seems to know intuitively what his client needs or wants, but Buck has this ability. My home was listed for top dollar and sold for that amount. I was surprised at the amount, but Buck did his homework, and it proved to be accurate. My home sold very quickly. His ability to assist us with finding just the right home to buy was also uncanny.
